All rabbit sales are final. Prior to making any purchase please make sure you have done your research. If a rabbit is pre-ordered and you wish to cancel before the wean date then you will only be refunded for 50% of the cost of the rabbit. If you have placed a deposit then it is not refundable. Once a rabbit is weaned and ready there are no refunds. Our rabbits are listed on several online classified sites, these listings are not free, nor is our time in posting and removing ads and having to relist again when an order is cancelled. Wean dates are posted with each rabbit listed. You must be available to pick up your rabbit within a week of the wean date unless otherwise discussed with me prior to ordering or it will be sold to someone else and you will be charged the 50% cancellation fee. You must be available to pick up at our discussed pick up location in Mesa, AZ, we will not deliver.
